Group Therapy

A psychotherapy group is a safe and confidential place to address and work through relational issues such as intimacy, assertiveness, trauma, loss, depression and anxiety.  Process group therapy is an interpersonal learning environment.  In group, you learn to express your feelings, witness the impact of your behavior on others, and get feedback from group members.  It is also a place to experiment with new ways of interacting, including communicating openly and honestly, under the supportive, watchful eye of an experienced group therapist. Your growth in group inevitably leads to growth in the “real world”.

Another powerful aspect of group therapy is the experience you have that you are not alone in the world. Group is a place where you feel connected to, and get support from people who have similar struggles.
