A Note from Dr. Gardenswartz:
In my psychotherapy practice, I nurture a trusting relationship; one in which patients can feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is collaborative and interactive. We work in the "here and now". We also examine developmental history to make sense of who you are today. I help individuals and couples identify and reverse some of their repetitive patterns that have interfered with finding greater fulfillment in their lives.
